[Wrong resolution]

Hello I have a little problem. I accidentally set the resolution too large now the picture is so big that I can not access the options anymore. I've already deleted the CoH folder and reinstalled, unfortunately without success. where are the settings stored or how can I fix that? I use Windos 10. Thanks for your help.
