Otherwise, maybe the character is on another shard, or you deleted it and forgot?

I didn't delete it it was was on everlasting

My level 50 on Everlasting is missing i had 10 on the server now i have nine i haven't logged in in 4 years and she should still be there is there anyway someone can look up my account for the missing character?
