Shield Charge BUG... and another small bug

Hola,

 

Toon name: Captain Drake

Braod Sword/Shield Scrapper

server: Excelsior

 

Sometimes, when I use Shield Charge, my toon doesn't teleport into the mob...... the damage and knockdown goes off where i target the AoE.... and I just stand where i was.  This has been happening for about a week.  i was hoping that it would just remedy itself, but it has not... it is kind of wrecking my fun :(

 

I also have Spring Attack, which is basically the same power, and have never had this issue

 

 

the other bug is:

 

during cut scenes, i do not get the chat bubbles

 

 

 

any help would be appreciated
