Playing Extra Large and Small Characters

Though COH never got any powers with size-changing, or allowed extra small character, it hasn't stopped players from creating characters that follow in the inspiration of Hulk, Wasp, etc. Other than using the existing body size option, and switching between costumes, what do people use to role-play out characters who are larger or smaller than the original COH designers had in mind?
