Can't change Account Login Handle and Forum Profile

Hey, gang.

 

For some reason, after many attempts at logging into the forums and it not working and no password resets being sent to my emails, I'm finally in again using the old info that didn't work before. :O

 

But, now my forum account and Game Account login info seems to be switched around and I can't change it. I'm also seeing a typo for my email in Account Settings and am trying to change that, but I get a "email is already in use by another user" message....which I don't understand because that user is me. :O

 

Is there anything I can do to fix...well, ANY of these problems? Thanks in advance. :)

Ditto, I'm also having the same issues with the password reset. I had to create a new email just to make an account. I would like to see if I can retrieve my old info also.
