Logging into character crashes game.

Yesterday I was playing a character and the game crashed. Ever since, every time I log into that character it crashes to the desktop. I can log into other characters. I've tried lowering the graphics, logging in with both the regular and 64 bit versions. Tried logging in with safe mode, but that also just crashes to the desktop. The game runs great on any other character. Is there any other fix for this issue? I really hope I don't have to restart this character, as he was already 50 on live, and I just got him to level 41. I really don't want to level him a third time. Any help would be appreciated.

File a support ticket with the character's name and the shard it's on.  You can do it in-game from a different character or using the Support section here.
