Dark/Sonic Build advice

[Sweetriver1983]

Would love to have some feedback on my build. I tried to combine a couple of other builds I have seen, but I am not very confident on my slotting, and am wondering if it there are some better powers to sub out. Any advice would greatly be appreciated. Currently I am level 14 and haven't been doing too bad with solo PvE, I plan on grouping up more when I hit 20 and feel like I can maybe contribute more in a team.
