Pengatron Posted October 3, 2019 Posted October 3, 2019 Way back in the original game, they (the game producer) held a contest, after the Council had taken down the 5th Column, for what to display on the theater marquees around the city. What is there now: Rise of the Council: The Broken Column Starring: Fractured Dawn Refers to the Council taking down the 5th column and was the winning entry. And Fractured Dawn was the character name that submitted the winning entry. Just a bit of historical info explaining why you see that in the game. 1
