Base Builder Wanted

I am looking for a base builder willing to take on a somewhat ambitious project.  The (very) general concept is a large plot, arcane style base that will need to incorporate living areas and various "stages" for use in rp or my own amusement.  I have some ideas but am hoping that the builder will have additional flair to add to the concepts.
