Techwright Posted November 2, 2019 Posted November 2, 2019 Logged in today after a couple days off, and went through the patching/updating. Once in the game, everywhere I saw tight arrangements of thin lines (circled in red in the image), something that hasn't been there before. I assume I'm looking at the edge of shadows, but I'd appreciate a second opinion. Can anyone point out specifically what setting(s), I should be tweaking to properly correct this?
Ago Posted November 2, 2019 Posted November 2, 2019 (edited) Looks like Ambient Occlusion to me. AKA the new shadowing engine that's part of Ultra Mode. Give those sliders a tweak and see if it helps. (Or shut it off if you don't like it.) Edited November 2, 2019 by Tahquitz 1 Formerly a bunch of things that didn't work out. Inactive account.
