Character/Game crash when entering Bricktown from IP

Character has had no issues with game, until leaving IP to enter Bricktown to train up from gaining levels in IP.  Game window crashes/disappears about half way loading Bricktown.  When I log into account, says I'm already logged on.  Eventually, I can log in (Excelsior) and select my character (says in Bricktown), but game window crashes around half way loading zone.  And I repeat the cycle, sort of hoping it fixes itself.

 

I can log into my account, create characters, and play, but no longer with that stuck character.  The same thing happened at least twice while playing all the years in the past.

 

 

Can my character be moved into Bricktown, just a wee bit further away from IP entrance?
