Feedback on Build, What Powers to Slot/Best Full Trays?

Hey y'all,

 

I have made my first lvl 50 tank a couple weeks ago and recently figured out the whole can of worms that IO enchantments are..

 

I recently also downloaded Pines Hero Creator but find it a little confusing so I will be asking what may be basic/obvious questions, but haven't seen too many tank builds on youtube/forum.

 

I recently ran my first respec on my original tanker with Inv/PsiMele and made the pool and switched from magic/energy pool to fighting/fire mastery. Also I decided to do away with Unstoppable T9 because I didn't find my self using it because of the massive health/endurance drain once the power completes, another reasons why I just focused on defensive toggles and limiting travel power (hoverboard FTW)

 

I'm finding that there are only so many slots, but so many powers! Just from putting in the screenshots here there are some obvious changes I should make for my next respec (not slotting extra for kick, taunt, mental strike, char, concentration) but I wanted to see y'alls thoughts.

 

I intuitively decided to fully slot my toggles (tempInv,Unyielding,Invincibility) intuitively but not sure if that is the best way to go.. I feel like I should definitely fully slot out Dull Pain, Psu Blade Sweep, Fire Ball, maybe Tough Hide (?)..

 

So TL/DR: If you were going to run a respec on this tank Inv/PsiM, what would you have fully slotted, only have 3-4 slotted, and definetly not slot at all. I'm still farming influence for better IO Enchancements so that is another can of worms but open to feedback for that too.
