Bug report: Incorrect modifiers displays for PtW Enhancements

So, something I've notices is that the free Prestige Enhancements offered by the PtW store say in their text that they give a -500% damage modifier, but when you actually slot them, they give a +16.7% damage modifier instead. I'm not certain which value is the correct one - are they intended to buff or debuff the damage of the power they're slotted into? Either way, this seems to be a bug or an oversight, and there doesn't seem to be a thread about it on the first few pages, nor does there seem to be a general "bug report thread", so I figured I'd post a thread about it so that the relevant people can see it in case it was something you weren't already aware of.
