Field Operative FX/Stealth Powers

Hi! I'd like to make a couple suggestions, one of which is probably easier than the other.

 

- The easy suggestion: Devices/Field Operative doesn't have a minimal/PVP only FX option, and probably should, to turn off the dark particle effects it creates from your limbs when you move.

- The less likely suggestion: It would be nice if stealth powers in general had a setting where it didn't turn you so hard to see. (Or maybe this is a Field Op problem too?) I miss being able to see my costume when I'm doing things.
