Question about my spines/fire/mu build

Long story short I made another spines/fire/mu farmer on my second account and I was looking for feedback on this build and I have a 900million saved up plus some really good io's from farming over the last few weeks. Just looking to see what I can do to still have both of my def and res of s/l/m/f/c soft capped. I know my res on fire is hard capped already. This toon is going to be used only for farming on fire and s/l farms with friends. I have kb of 12 just to be safe sometime we play the council farm and I like having the extra protection on that. I would like to know what powers would be better to have the -res io proc in it. Which io's should i move around or replace in this build. If I can get more dps out of it and still be soft capped on my def and res I would like to have that if it's possible. Any feedback/advice would be helpful.
