Failed Character Transfer

Hi,

 

I am having trouble transferring characters from one shard to another.

 

I logged onto a different account of mine to test if it was a general bug, but the problem only exists with this specific account. The game lets me access the transferring prompt, lets me select which character to transfer and the recipient shard, then gives me the "This might take a while message," but nothing happens after that. For a minute or two, my transfer tokens will deplete by 1, but then go back up to 4, even though it should be 5 since no character transfer was performed. This issue first happened Saturday night around 9EST. 

 

Yes, I have revalidated/closed and opened the game, but still to no avail.

 

I was trying to transfer from Excelsior to Indomitable.

I know, I was hoping since it's something that has been randomly occuring this long that maybe someone would have some information on it and OP might get some answers as well. He's been waiting long enough lol
