Translocation never gets any enchancement slots.

Every time I level up, the trainer tells me that "The following powers will get enhancement slots: Translocation"

 

I never get any slots for that power, and the power never shows up in my enhancement screen, either. It's a bit annoying, as I'd like to be able to slot some range enhancements, because 100 yards isn't much of a teleport.
