Help with a Living Voodoo Doll Character Concept

Hi everyone. I am trying to come up with a powerset that revolves around being an actual voodoo doll. I was thinking of a Dark Melee/Willpower with Body Mastery. I wanted Dark Melee because I believe it fits better with the theme (mainly Siphon Life, Soul Drain, and Dark Consumption). I also wanted Body Mastery for the Conserve Power, Focused Accuracy, and Physical Perfection abilities. As far as Willpower goes I wanted really good defensive abilities but I didn't want to do a bunch of button pressing so I thought Willpower would be perfect since it's all mainly toggles. I came up with a quick rough draft of what I am looking for. Can anyone help me with this build? Thank you in advance for the help.
