My friend can't sign up for the forum.

Hello, my friend is trying to sign up for the forum but no matter what question he answers (which we know to be correct) it throws him back to registration with;

"You did not pass the security check. Please try again."

 

I hope this isn't a common issue that I've somehow missed somewhere in help or whatnot, if so I apologize.
