binding an emote to a specific key

trying to bind a specific emote to a key. where do i find a list of the codes for the emote? the one I want is the idle emote juggle fire  - want to bind it to, say, the j key. i remember doing this 10 years ago, but i can t figure it out now on homecoming. /bind j blah blah blah. everything i try ends up as a thought bubble over my characters head.
