The Killing Game and Twinshot

The red side mission "The Killing Game" from Doctor Graves appears to have a new bug.  Before, when you clicked the first glowie, Dillo would appear.  You'd defeat him, and then Twinshot would appear, and you'd defeat her.  However, I ran the mission twice today on two different characters.  Both times, I'd click the glowie, Dillo would appear, and I'd defeat him.  Then nothing.  I waited a couple of minutes, and went back to the glowie.  Then suddenly Twinshot appeared.  It occurred both times.

 

For the second glowie, it operated like normal.  I clicked it, then Grym appeared.  When I defeated him, Flambeaux appeared, then finally Proton after defeating Flambeaux.

 

The last time I ran the mission before today was sometime in February, and it was normal.
