Abandoning Missions Make Contacts Not Contact You

Abandoning missions make it so later contacts do not contact you. If you are doing a mission and you abandon it, eventually if you happen to abandon too many missions, contacts will stop talking to you and say that you "too many tasks" despite the fact that in reality you don't have any. This is a serious problem in trying to progress in the game. This typically happens with contacts that has two sections of their missions. If you finish one section of their missions, before you can start the next one the contact goes to invactive, even if they have more missions or even if the contacts have been long completed. Even contacts that have canonically died still say the same thing about you having too many tasks.
