EnigmaBlack Posted May 5, 2020 Posted May 5, 2020 I just picked this up on a Corrupter to help bump the defenses up a bit but the power never applies the defense bonus when enemies are within range (8 feet). The passive regen boost is working though.
Psycout Posted May 8, 2020 Posted May 8, 2020 The Hybrid is also a toggle. Click your powers tab and drag it to your trays so you can activate it. It has a 2 minute uptime and 2 minute downtime.
