With the new IO sets that came out, I tried reworking my build seeing it I can tighten it up, and cap the S/L/E/N defs while keeping a perma-dom state. I think I am finally able to mostly achieve this, and clear some end consumption.

 

Before the Incarnate is added, I was able to cap S/L and have .4% short on cap for E/N. With keeping about 90% recharge on the build which while not fully perma-hasten gives me pema-dom. Once I add my incarnate it is perma-haste and capped to all four types.

 

I just want to make sure I am not missing anything too glaring.
