I was herd a few groups in to the dumpsters and all of a sudden I got the echo from my power or my friends power my build is a Bio/rad Brute . and my friends was a Energy / Energy brute . if you jumped up it went away then a few minutes later went in the front open can and the same thing happen. I haven't heard this noise like this in years since live. I thought it might be my pc but I switched to my other pc and still got the echo. excelsior server . toon names Mutanting Dragon, and Energy Barrage .
