So this is my Street Justice – Rad Armor build. And its janky. I ran out of slots trying to get perma-haste such that the long recharge survival armor power into spammable range, but alas no such luck.

 

I still think the haste helps with some secondary survival powers and a few offensive powers at high levels.

 

As usual, I am trying to keep the cost down by skipping purples and going for more reachable yellows and orange sets.

 

What I am interested in is how would YOU do this.

 

Points

  • No need for movement power, I can temp power around if I need to
  • No purples
  • Solo capable, so enough recovery to power offense and defense
  • Enough haste to get radiation therapy to around 10-15 sec recharge, Crushing uppercut to around 6 seconds recharge

 

But feel free to break any of those, they are just suggestions.

 

This is what it looks like right now but I would not mind a better way.
