Client Freeze after being minimized

I reported this issue on discord some time ago but it is not effecting both versions.

 

I am set to Windowed mode. In both 64-bit and 32-bit, if I minimize the window and restore. The Client becomes graphically frozen. The Client is still communicating with the server but I can not control anything. I have tried re-validating the software but with no success.

I had a similar issue on a Surface Book 2, but I don't think it's the same cause.  (Intel HD Graphics/GeForce 1060 Switchable Graphics, went to Windows 10 Settings, Advanced Graphics Settings, and set cityofheroes.exe as 100% Nvidia, no Intel.  Cleared it up.)

 

Might be a dead end.  Let me know if it's not.
