Hi,

I created an account a while ago but never played. I now have some friends playing and would like to join them but I cant remember my password. Is there anyway to reset my password or just create a new account?

Game password?  Head to Account Center.  Change the password, bam.  You're back.

 

Forum password changes require the original password.  You can do a password reset on the login page, but your registered email address needs to be active to get the reset email.

 

Also, I would strongly recommend changing your forum username.
