Character Not Tranferring

My friends moved to a different server so I wanted to move my character over there. I hit the transfer button, it said it would take a bit so I logged on a toon and started playing. About 10 minutes later I got a message that said "your character didn't transfer"  I looked and I had 4 tokens, so one token was used but there the guy was.  I tried logging out and doing it again.  The character was still there. I slept and tried it again in the morning. Still no movement.

They have been having issues with character transfers the past few days.  Try submitting a ticket under Support.

I have also had issues attempting to transfer from one server to another  and have put in 2 petitions  and a "stuck" petition 3 times today with absolutely no response to any of them.

There is an issue with some transfers.

 

I've been informed there is a fix server side which will be applied Tuesday.  Any transfers stuck then should be carried out.  I'm sorry it's affected your characters all weekend, and if it continues past Tuesday, please let us know.
