Earth/Earth Build or help?

So my friend is finally wanting to pull the trigger on a Dominator, we really have narrowed down Earth/ and were leaning towards Earth as a secondary, but neither of us are good at making really OP builds (Influence cost isn't an issue) so we are wondering if there is any REALLY good builds for Earth/Earth out there, and if not or someone else wants to post another Earth/? Build and let us know why that is better please let us know! We really could use the help and I have been browsing the forums and haven't really found a definitive answer like I normally do with other classes.
