Help building Psi/MM/Mace blaster

Hey guys!

I've been experimenting several psi-related builds (because is my favorite powerset) and came across the psi/mm blaster. I've found several useful information in the forum, however there were some aspects about the build that really got me thinking

- Is it possible to achieve perma-hasten + softcap ranged? And most important, is perma-hasten a requirement to the build?

- Is it interesting to optimize scorpion shield's S/L/E softcap?

Anyway, i've tried putting something together to achieve both perma-hasten and ranged softcap, but failed in both 😅

If someone can help me in optimizing this build, i'd very much appreciate it

I tend to go S/L/E as it's a little easier to accomplish but attempt to get my ranged at 30 something so I know I can always pop a purple if need be. Hasten isn't a priority but again I do try and get it close to perma and there's always agility alpha that can always help boost recharge and defense but  not by a huge amount. I haven't played much of this toon yet but this is my go to build that usually gets tweaked depending on my play style so I hope it helps 🙂
