Generally you launch City of Heroes from the patcher you just used to install it. Either Tequila, Island Rum, or Homecoming Launcher (which is in Beta.) Tequila doesn't have a default location, so you'll have to search your computer for Tequila.exe wherever you put it (Tequila is only recommended on Windows). Island Rum usually sits in your Applications on MacOS. Homecoming Launcher defaults to C:\Games\Homecoming\bin\win64. (If the client in Win64 won't start, use /win32 for the 32-bit one.)
