Mentor/Partner (npc) Leveling System (Use those ALTs)

TL;DR version: Level your ALT while your alt helps out with missions. Sidekick or Exemplar level compared to the character in use. You'll need to login to that (ALT) character to pick the powers / slots. Depending on the vet level, multiple alts can join you (1 or 2 while under 50, then than additional after X vet levels). 

 

Similar to the level pact system, but can be done on the fly at any level/time (Help in the middle of flashbacks). If the Alt dies, it goes into a cooldown with an added slight global cooldown to summon your next Alt (if you choose to get another right away). Added power to summon your alt to your side (incase of stuck). Make use of the Pet / Henchperson window (For stances, not attack command), with the addition of a slider for how much EXP you want to share. Team leaders can enable/disable the option to have Alts used while grouping, or only have them available for soloing.
