Create Account for game acct doesn't work

I tried creating a game account here

The create account button does not work for me. I complete each field and nothing happens when I click the red button.

 

What am I doing wrong?  😖

@DigiJelly Well, for starters, you're trying to create an account for a version of the game that doesn't even exist anymore...

It's right at the top of the forums where it says "Account Center"
