No long Range Teleporter for this Mastermind

Has anyone not got the Achievement for the Long Range Teleporter after meeting the requirements (Pocket D VIP Gold Medal and Passport).

 

This character was born in Praetoria and that is the only difference with all my other accounts.

 

The PTW vendor has it for sale at 0 (zero Influence) 

 

I am at a loss as to what is wrong.

 

Any help would be much appreciated. Day 3 and have tried all the obvious things like switching alignments, getting all the explore badges in Praetoria, logged out and  back in etc etc etc

Did you transfer that toon between shards?  There is a known bug that transfers seem to break LRT.

I did indeed swap shards, on Wednesday in fact. 

 

Thanks so much for letting me know about the known bug, at least I know what it is even if there is no fix for it.
