Could Not Enter Mission in Apex TF

I formed an Apex TF on Excelsior server this evening.  When the first mission started, I clicked on the door on the rooftop, (the one that most people don't know about).  The cursor turned into a hourglass... but then about ten seconds later, turned back to normal.  Nothing happened.  It wasn't lag, because I could see new chatter and I could talk to my team.  I tried again.  The cursor turned into a hourglass again... and then went back to normal several seconds later.  So this time I tried the chopper.  Same thing.  Tried the chopper again.  Same thing.  I tried the door again.  Same thing.

 

By this point, everyone else is inside the mission.  So I restarted my game.  I clicked on the door on the rooftop.  The cursor turned into a hourglass... and then turned normal again several seconds later.  Tried the chopper again, same thing.  Restarting the game did not help.

 

At this point, everyone quit the TF and we reformed.  That worked.

Have had this issue a few times as well. Happening right now on a Terra Volta respec trial on Torchbearer.
