Who sources, smuggles and steals such rarities as Rikti Bombs, Zoria's Magic Wand and the Oberation Oscillithruster? Can any hero stop MacGuffin's Smugglers at the source? An old mission that I have recently revised a little, lowing its level range from 35 minimum to 20 minimum. This has come with some difficulty rebalances of the enemies to make them a little less annoying. Let me know if they seem tuned right for the 20-30 range in particular please!
