Help me optimize my build

Hey all, I got some great advice on come control powers I could pick up to round out my build, and I'm absolutely loving Char and Bonfire, they've really ticked me up to a new level of efficiency. To that end, I wanted to see if I could get some additional help with my overall build. The explanation of my build is that my character is a Summoner without many directly offensive spells (Only my Pyronic incarnate ability). All other powers are designed to be healing, buffs, debuffs, or control powers (Ergo I'm not looking to pick up any offensive powers). Most of my build is pretty much locked in though I am open to some suggestions. The only power I'm honestly considering dumping is Victory Rush simply because it doesn't seem to work on Pets.

What I could also really use help with is optimizing my enhancements to get the best out of my pets. I have a few respecs available to I've got room to play around with. I realize I'm probably doing my enhancements all wrong so any help on how best to reorganize/reassign and what new enhancements to pick up is greatly appreciated.
