Diacius Posted April 27, 2019 Posted April 27, 2019 If I remember correctly they were replaced in the story when the company decided to release the game in Germany (back then you couldn't have anything related to that fascist regime on a product if I'm not mistaken). I kind of miss their old bases and icons and foiling their plans time and again. Does anyone else have fond memories of the Fifth Column?

Torchbearer level 50s: Kyle (Beast/Emp MM), Jet Engine (Rad/Rad Tank), Joint (Fire/Fire Blaster), Defensive (Force Field/Psionic Defender), Heel (Thug/Warmth MM), Terence Mckenna(Dark/Nature Controller), A Real Bird (Sonic/Sonic Corr), Too Much Perfume (Merc/Rad MM)

Overclock Posted April 27, 2019 Posted April 27, 2019 The Fifth Column got replaced by the Council during one of the early in-game events. I think that was the first mob-vs-mob battles we had. Flash forward towards the end of the games run and one of the later issues brought the Fifth column back - so you can get in all the Nazi-Punching goodness that you like.
