[Street Justice] Assassin's Strike only generates one combo point.

Transferred my stalker to the beta server to test SoS and SJ, while clearing a mission I noticed that Assassins' strike was no longer generating two combo points.

 

This is a giant hit to STJ's performance on a stalker, so I'm hoping this one gets fixed before it goes live.
