jemal999 Posted May 30, 2019 Share Posted May 30, 2019 Phalanx fighting in the Shield Defense power pool has enhancement slots, and the only thing they will accept is Defense Buffs.. seems ok so far, right? Except the enhancements do not seem to be affecting the power at all. Slot in a defense buff, the tooltip doesn't change, and neither do my defense stats when I go into combat attributes, it still says 3.75%. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
