Psycho Posted May 7, 2021 Posted May 7, 2021 If you have Super Speed toggled on and then toggle on Speed Phase then enter a Down From Below, if you no longer have access to Super Speed, Speed Phase will still be toggled on and you will be unable to turn it off, even using disable all powers from p2w does not work.
