BR/NIN Blaster animations

i have noticed that Beam rifle blaster with the ninja secondary has the beam rifle animations coming out of the legs. all other secondary's seem to work fin and even had a friend test it out and he has the same thing. BUT , 2 of his character that are a bit older do not have this problem but any new character with these sets have the same problem. also tested out different body sizes, rifles, rifle colours,  and costumes from bare naked to full on mechs to no avail. Also dabbled with the characters dimensions and no such luck.
