Cool Down Counter Feedback

For the Cool Down Counter just added in the recent patch 5/30/19 please add a check box that says "Only apply counter to powers with a longer than 29 second cool down".

 

 

I don't need a numeric counter for a 4 second attack but would like it for my click buff that is up every two minutes.
