Calling expert texture modifiers (Or whoever applies)

Apologies if this is the wrong thread to post to, but I would like to know where the texture file for the war walls are? I know where the ones for Dark Astoria are, but I'd love to know where the regular one is?

Sorry for the stupid question, was hoping to be able to change the color of the warwalls and stuff, was a silly idea of mine, but that's okay.
