Costume Change binds not working

So I tried this on a few characters and it is just not working. I have binds set up that worked before for costume changes. Where it uses the costume change emotes. Now when i use them, my character just reapplies buffs then after a pretty long delay it finally changes the costume but doesn’t play the emote.
