Nyxia Posted July 21, 2021 Posted July 21, 2021 The Description tab on the Ouroborus Portal power says Quote You can use this power to summon a doorway. It will allow you and your teammates to access the Ouroboros headquarters. It has a 5 minute recharge and lasts for 5 minutes each time it is summoned. The current portal duration is half of 5 minutes, so this description likely needs an update.
