(OC) Using this to give a little Tour Guide to new People in CoH.

 

"Welcome to the Paragon of all Super Hero Cities - Paragon City" the holographic image in the Tram station stated for the billionth time. For almost 50 years this is was the first image that greeted travelers to Paragon city. Now it plays it's message to only a few new travelers each day. Since the crackdown of 2002 only a few select individuals will go through the process or Registering as a Super Hero and out of those only a few get selected to ride the train to Paragon City. Although in recent years more and more Heroes have been stepping to ride the train and begin there journey.
