Blauz Posted September 4, 2021 Share Posted September 4, 2021 So I made a DP/Invul sent earlier today and was planning on picking up Durability at level 4, but for some reason it doesn't unlock until level 6. Why is this? Every other secondary powerset in the game the 3rd power unlocks at level 4. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Caulderone Posted September 4, 2021 Share Posted September 4, 2021 Yeah, it is odd. Shinobi-Iri in Ninjitsu also has this problem, too, at least according to City of Data v2.
