Rad/Rad Tanker Build - Toxic Bomb!

Hi everyone,

 

It looks like I'm going to be hitting level 50 today on my rad/rad tanker, and I'd like some feedback on my build.  It's obviously based on one of Infinitum's builds, but it fits my playstyle better with things like Ground Zero and Taunt.  I've got all resists above 89% except cold and melee defense at 44.9%.  Any feedback would be appreciated.

 

I feel like I've overslotted the heals and Fusion, but can't seem to find any way to replace the lost defences when I swap them:
